Providers that do not use OPTAGE, NTT, or KDDI lines cannot be installed separately. ★Please follow the management association's regulations when using optical fiber internet. ★Please check with the property manager regarding availability and contract terms for bicycle and motorcycle parking. (Please note that you may not be able to sign a contract due to availability or management association rules.) If there is space available and you wish to sign a contract, you must sign the contract directly. *Separate sticker fee required. ★Parking spaces are designated for each room, and Room 307 has been assigned space 8 (mechanical, lockable). If you wish to sign a parking contract, we will check your vehicle registration and confirm the size. We will only accept your contract if your vehicle fits within the space. *Parking fees are included in the room rent and common area fees, so monthly parking fees and security deposits are 0 yen. *If you cancel your room, your parking will also be canceled. ★Space 8 is a multi-story parking lot, and a key is required to use it. The key will be sent to you the day before your contract starts after we confirm payment of the initial fee. ★A copy of your vehicle inspection certificate must be submitted at the time of inspection for the multi-story parking lot. You will also be required to agree to the multi-story parking lot application form when signing the contract. ★All equipment installed in this property, even second-hand or those that have undergone minor repairs, will be handed over to you in "as-is" condition. Please note that we cannot repair or replace any items unless they interfere with normal use. ★Ownership of the lace curtains installed in the room will be transferred to you upon signing the contract. Please note that there is no guarantee of operation, performance, or quality at the time of signing the contract. Furthermore, at the end of the contract, these curtains will be removed as part of the restoration of the property to its original condition.
