Regular Management/Notice of cancellation required 2 months prior (no pro-rata calculation for the final month). In case of cancellation within 1 year, a penalty of 1 month's rent and common service fee is required. Up to 2 small dogs are allowed. Monthly fee of 500 yen/Disinfection fee of 20,000 yen (excluding tax) is required upon moving out. Key exchange fee and room cleaning fee will be charged at the time of contract for pet owners.
